EMERGE Event Cancellation and Refund Policy:

EMERGE Freight Alliance ensures that all our delegates have their own essentials during the event. Delegates who will cancel after they have arranged their payment can use their conference fee for another RWSolutions organized event within one year. Paid delegates who are unable to attend other RWSolutions organized events will be eligible to receive a 50% refund.

Any cancellations Less than 20 days before the conference date start are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Liability Waiver

I hereby agree that upon registering for EMERGE 2nd Annual Partnership Meeting, I am taking full responsibility for my actions and I fully understand that the organizer, RWSolutions Ltd, and the entire EMERGE team will not be held responsible in any event of injury, accident, personal loss and/or illness during the event.

Terms and Condition

This is to confirm that I am not an owner/administrator/board member or adviser to other freight forwarding networks/alliances, profit or non-profit oriented. I agree that if any form of link is established that my membership can be cancelled without refund and agree that RW may terminate my attendance/members and inform all members/attendees of my termination including other network owners, associations and alliances.

This is to confirm that we do not have any outstanding payables or disputes with any of our forwarding partners beyond 60 days. This is to confirm that we are not listed on any blacklisting in either FDRS or our local association, as any findings can be published.
