Only registered delegates will receive login details to access their accounts and schedule meetings with preferred delegates, accessible from both mobile phones and laptops. Login credentials will be sent on September 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM Hong Kong Time (GMT+8). The Meeting Scheduler will go LIVE on September 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM, Hong Kong Time (GMT+8), allowing delegates to book their meetings, and it will CLOSE on September 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM, Hong Kong Time (GMT+8).
